Why is it so hard to get bums on seats? Why are there amazing restaurants closing every day? Why are some concepts booked out for months, and others of similar quality struggling to fill seats?


Ultimately, a large portion of it comes down to marketing. You can serve the best pizza, burgers, kebabs or bagels in the world but if no one knows about it, you’ll be lowering that shutter for the last time sooner than you thought. 


The solution is simple, right? Set up an Instagram, TikTok, Google, Facebook, OpenTable, Design My Night, SevenRooms, Tock, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, Feedr - the list is endless. All to get your brand ‘out there’ and hopefully, some people through the door. 


The solution is not simple. Far from it, actually.


As a result, Appetite is on a mission to do two things:

  1. Digitise word of mouth marketing 

  2. Democratise hospitality marketing
