About the event

Indulge in a totally unique and one-of-a-kind dining experience, with Eleven98’s nine course tasting menu at The Chef’s Table, hosted by Michelin-trained Chef Aidan Brooks. Everything on Eleven98's menus comes from Hackney, the borough in which Aidan was born and bred. His golden rule is that 100% of the fruits, vegetables and herbs used on the menu must have been cultivated or foraged in the borough, and everything else has to be Hackney-produced or sourced. Eleven98's aim is to bring the elegance and panache of fine dining to an informal and relaxed atmosphere, with a tasting menu experienced by guests at a communal table. Each course is a celebration of the vibrant and diverse flavours that make Hackney's local produce so special, and throughout the evening Aidan is always on hand to share stories of the provenance behind each plate.
